Bdo Beauty Album Not Loading. Hey everyone, i'm new to this game and i'm terrible at character customization so i'm trying to use a preset out of the beauty album and it will not load any presets. Hey guys, i cannot use presets from the beauty album, because i always get an error message.
All it's telling is that customizing had failed to apply. I also tried to use the apply most popular button. If you try to go into beauty album and press take photo it displays this error message and you cannot take photo of your character and you are unable.
This Will Open The Beauty Album Window Where You Can Upload Your Character.
You can add replies, like, and check images, but can only register in. Wanted to create a new character & apply a skin, doesn't work. It seems to be working on ps4 right now.
I Simply Tried To Open It Through Menu, The Window Showed Up Blank, And That's It.

So some may have an apply issue, some foudn a fix involving saving at least 2 characters, and also saving default appearance, letting other uses save and.

You can add replies, like, and check images, but can. I'm having a similar issue when trying to use the beauty album. I read somewhere to create a character, log in and then log back out again and then create a second character, the one you actually want to play.

I Did This And The Beauty Album Now.
This will open the beauty album window where you can upload your character. It seems to be working on ps4 right now. Don’t know if you’ve found a solution yet but for me i just switch servers and it starts working again, but you have to use the beauty album as soon as you load in the new server.

Not sure what's going on with your account. So i was trying to make a character and clicked the beauty album and it was just a blank screen. If using windows 7 check this thread for a temporary workaround for the beauty album issue:
